Assigning the correct amount of labor is critical to efficient vessel planning. After verifying the vessel visit details (on page 1), you can plan the labor that will work the vessel. Using Quay Commander, you can visually estimate productivity (crane moves) and work shifts beforehand to plan the best labor scenario for working a vessel.
You can create work shifts manually or automatically using pre-defined shift templates. When the work begins, the crane plan automatically adjusts according to real-time productivity, allowing you to monitor progress and fine-tune the shift schedule if necessary.
XPS allows you to create work shifts for a vessel other than the one that is open.
